Our Meeting & Events team will guide you throughout the entire preliminary process and will work with you to tailor your event to your wishes in detail. During the event itself, our operational team is ready to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What are the possibilities for catering during a meeting or other event?
Our meeting package always includes coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and treats. A lunch is always included in the day package and optional when you are only staying for part of the day. Additionally, we offer various options for an extensive drink or dinner to conclude your meeting in style. Unfortunately, own catering is not allowed.
Can I rent a room without a package?
We only rent out our rooms in combination with a package. Renting just a room is not possible with us.
Is there audiovisual equipment available in the room?
All our rooms are equipped as standard with a projector with a projection screen including a soundbar or a TV screen. If you require additional technical support or specific equipment, we will gladly engage our regular technical partner to meet your needs.
Is there parking available?
For the first three hours, you can park for free in the designated parking spaces on our hotel's premises. Parking is free for guests of the hotel, restaurant, or meeting rooms. Additionally, Hotel Vught has several charging stations for your electric car.
What are the cancellation conditions?
