Consumptions
Every visitor of the hotel is required to consume at least one beverage. Beverages may only be consumed within the business or on the terrace. Bringing and consuming your own beverages is not allowed.Cameras
For your and our safety, security cameras have been installed. By visiting a hospitality business where video cameras are present, you agree to recordings being made. Under special circumstances, these recordings can be presented as supporting material to the police and judiciary.Slot Machines
Playing on money-returning machines is not permitted for persons under 18 years of age. Hotel staff can only exchange money for the machines when sufficient change is available.Hospitality Property
You may not take hotel property outside. This also applies to leftover food and drinks. Any damages caused must be compensated with repair or replacement.Visitor's Belongings
The hotel cannot be held liable if clothing or other belongings are lost.Lost and Found Items
If you find an item in the hotel that appears to belong to another visitor, you are required to hand it in at Reception. Anyone retrieving a found item must provide identification.Searches
For the protection of your own and others' safety, you may be searched. Decisions made by management are binding.Narcotic and Hallucinogenic Substances
You are not allowed to use hard drugs, soft drugs, or pills. You may also not bring them onto the premises or into the hotel. This includes the use of whipped cream and laughing gas capsules. Our staff may ask you to cooperate with a search. If you refuse to be searched or are caught using or possessing drugs, removal and police notification will follow.Unwanted Advances, Racism, Discrimination, and Aggression
Unwanted advances, racism, and discrimination, as well as aggression towards hotel staff and visitors, are not tolerated. Anyone behaving disruptively or offensively inside or outside the hospitality establishment will be denied access.In the event of threats, assault, or other forms of aggression, a report will always be filed.
Trading Goods
It is prohibited to trade goods in or around the business and/or to be involved in fencing.Weapons
You may not carry weapons. In case of violation, we will alert the police.Toilet Use
Toilets are only intended for individual use. Staying there for other reasons is not allowed.First Aid Kit
This hotel has a first aid kit available and first aid can be provided.Complaints
If you have a complaint, report it immediately to management or reception. Do this promptly, as later claims may not be considered. We are available 24 hours a day and happy to help you.Registration
All guests must register with the reception at the beginning of their stay or visit to a room with a valid ID.Emergency Exits
It is forbidden to use emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.Clothing
Van der Valk Hotel Vught sets requirements for your clothing. If these requirements are not met, access may be denied.Smoking
The entire hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terraces and balconies, provided the door is closed. It is not allowed to use a supersmoker (or similar cigarette replacements) inside the hotel. Smoking in a hotel room results in a €200 cleaning fee. If the smoke alarm is triggered due to smoking in the room, automatic removal from the hotel will follow.Safety Equipment
Tampering with or abusing our fire or safety equipment results in automatic removal from the hotel. This includes no refund of the room price or any paid deposit.Alcoholic Beverages and Cigarettes
If you appear to be over-consumed, you may be refused alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages or cigarettes will be provided to those under 18.Loss, Damage, Injury
Van der Valk Hotel Vught is not liable for loss of and/or damage to guests' property. The hotel is also not liable for personal injury.Stay
We kindly ask you to consider our other guests during your entire stay and not to cause noise or disturbance.Minor Guests and Overnight Stays
Persons under 18 who wish to stay overnight at the hotel must have written permission from both parents. Without this permission, we cannot check you in.Emergency or Nuisance
In case of emergency or nuisance, you must always call EXTENSION 9 from your room! In case of emergencies, follow the staff's instructions. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 112!Pets
Pets are allowed in some rooms of the hotel, upon consultation. A contribution of €27.50 per room, per night, per animal is charged for this.Deposit
If you have booked a suite, a deposit of 250 euros is required.If you make a reservation for a standard room for the same day, you may be required to pay a deposit of 250 euros.
Night Rest
In the hotel, it should be quiet from 11:00 PM in the corridors and rooms. It is not allowed to receive visitors in the room after 10:00 PM. A maximum number of guests is allowed for all rooms/suites.Violation of House and Conduct Rules
If you violate the house and conduct rules, you may be immediately removed by management. In any case of criminal offenses, a police report will always be filed.
