Huisregels Van der Valk Hotel 's-Hertogenbosch -Vught 

FOR YOUR AND OUR SAFETY
In the regulations below, you will find the most important house rules that apply within Van der Valk Hotel 's-Hertogenbosch - Vught. We ask you to respect and accept these rules.

• Consumptions
  For every visitor to the hotel, there is an obligation to consume at least one drink. Consumptions may only be used within the establishment or on the terrace. Consuming drinks you have brought yourself is not allowed.

• Camera's
  For your and our safety, security cameras have been installed. If you visit a hospitality business where video cameras are installed, you agree that recordings are being made. Under special circumstances, these recordings may be shown as supporting material to the police and judiciary.

• Slot machines
  Playing on money-returning machines is not allowed for persons under 18 years old. Hotel staff will only be able to exchange money for the slot machines when sufficient change is available.

• Hospitality properties
  You may not take hotel property outside. This also applies to leftover food and drinks. Anyone who causes damage is responsible for repair or replacement.

• Visitor properties
  If clothing or other belongings are lost, the hotel cannot be held liable for that.

• Lost and found items
  If you find an item in the hotel that apparently belongs to another guest, you must hand it in at the Reception. Whoever retrieves a found item must be able to provide identification.

• To rummage
  To protect your own and others' safety, you may be searched. Decisions made by the management are binding.

• Narcotics and hallucinogenic substances
  You are not allowed to use hard drugs, soft drugs, or pills. You are also not allowed to bring them onto the premises or into the hotel. This also includes the use of whipping cream and laughing gas cartridges. Our staff may ask you to cooperate with a search. If you refuse to be searched or are caught possessing or using, you will be removed and a warning will be issued to the police.

• Unwanted intimacies, racism, discrimination, and aggression
  Unwanted intimacy, racism, and discrimination, as well as aggression against hotel staff and visitors, are not tolerated. Anyone who behaves disruptively or offensively inside or outside the hospitality business will be denied access.

  In case of threats, abuse, or other forms of aggression, a report will be filed at all times.

• Trade in goods
  It is prohibited to trade goods in or around the company and/or engage in fencing.

• Weapons
  You may not carry weapons. If violated, we will notify the police.

• Toilet use
  Toilet facilities are intended for individual use only. Staying for other reasons is not allowed.

• Bandage drum
  In this hotel, a first aid kit is available and first aid can be provided.

• Complaints
  If you have a complaint, report it directly to the management or reception. Do this immediately, as your right to complain will expire at a later stage. We are available 24 hours a day and are happy to assist you.

• Sign up
  All guests must report to the reception with a valid identity document at the start of a stay or a visit to a room.

• Emergency exits
  It is forbidden to use emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.

• Clothing
  The Van der Valk Hotel Vught imposes dress code requirements; if you do not meet these requirements, you may be denied access.

• Smoking
  The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the terraces outside and on the balconies, provided you close the door. It is not permitted to use a supersmoker (or similar cigarette replacement) inside the hotel. Smoking in a hotel room results in a €200 cleaning fee. If the fire alarm is activated by smoking in the room, automatic removal from the hotel will follow.

• Safety provisions
  Tampering with and/or abusing our fire or safety equipment will automatically result in removal from the hotel. This will be without a refund of the room price and any security deposit paid.

• Alcoholic drink and cigarettes
  When, in our opinion, you have drunk too much, you may be denied the consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages or cigarettes are provided to those under 18 years of age.

• Loss, damage, injury
  Van der Valk Hotel Vught is not liable for loss of and/or damage to guests' property. The hotel is also not liable in case of injury to persons.

• Stay
  We kindly ask you to consider our other guests during your entire stay at the hotel and to not cause any noise or disturbance.

• Minor guests and overnight stays
  Persons under the age of 18 who wish to stay at the hotel must have written permission from both parents. Without this permission, we are not allowed to check you in.

• Emergency or inconvenience
  In case of emergency or nuisance, you must always call DEVICE 9 from your room! In case of emergencies, you must follow the instructions of the staff in the interest of safety. In life-threatening emergencies, please call 112!

• Pets
  Pets are allowed in the hotel, in consultation, in a number of rooms. For this, you pay a fee of €27.50 per room, per night, per animal.

• Borg
  If you make a reservation for the same day, you may be asked for a deposit of 200 euros.

• Restful night
  In the hotel, it should be quiet in the hallways and rooms from 11:00 PM. It is not allowed to receive visitors in the room after 10:00 PM. There is a maximum number of guests allowed for all rooms/suites.

• Violation of house and behavior rules
  If you violate the house and behavior rules, you may be immediately removed by the management. In case of criminal offenses, a report will always be made to the police.
