Live Cooking Brunch Buffet

Something to celebrate or enjoy brunch with family or friends? Every Sunday at 12:00 pm you can visit Van der Valk Hotel 's-Hertogenbosch - Vught for an extensive Live Cooking Brunch. The kitchen team, led by the chef, prepares delicious, fresh dishes for you à la minute. A great start to the day. You only need to follow the delightful smell of freshly baked bread.

At 12:00 we would like to welcome you with a glass of bubbles, after which the Live Cooking Brunch will start with a parade of culinary starters and an extensive salad buffet. After the delicious entrées, we will continue the brunch with delicious freshly made, hot soups and an extensive bread table with various tapenades, (herb) butter, and different types of oil.

In addition to our culinary starters, our Live Cooking Brunch Buffet also offers a variety of changing, hot fish, meat, and seasonal specialties and garnishes. Here, too, a number of dishes are prepared à la minute by our chefs. How about a plate of flavorful pasta? A delicious freshly prepared satay from the grill? Or a tasty stir-fry dish with fish or meat?

A delicious dessert should of course not be missing. Therefore, to conclude this culinary buffet, we present various festive desserts from our pastry chefs such as flavorful dessert cakes, moist pastries, creamy bavarois, and various types of ice cream and fruit.

You are welcome every week on Sunday at 12:00 PM for an extensive Sunday brunch in Vught.

*** During/around the holidays, we serve special occasion brunches at adjusted rates. The special child rate and birthday rate do not apply then.
